Who can leave reviews on Sim-Verse.com?
Every visitor to our website can leave reviews for our products or services. A user account is not required for this. To leave a review, any visitor can click on the "Write a review" button on the respective product page, rate with stars, and write the review. When a review is published using this function, the review does not include the addition "Verified Buyer".
If necessary, third-party cookies must be allowed in the browser so that customer reviews can be displayed and submitted.
What does "Verified Buyer" mean?
We mark reviews from individuals who have purchased the product on our online shop at Caseking.de with the addition "Verified Buyer". We ensure this by sending the buyer a link to the product reviews approximately 6 days after delivery of the order via email. This link either refers to submitting a product review or reviewing the website. The selection of which link is displayed in the email is random. Only if the buyer submits a review via this link will the review be marked with "Verified Buyer".
Are all reviews published?
We publish all positive and negative reviews equally on our website. The star rating provided is calculated from the average of all submitted reviews.
In addition to the automatic word filter, we manually review each review before publishing it. Only if a review meets one of the following exclusion criteria will it not be published:
- Review violates applicable law
- Review contains obscene or otherwise inappropriate statements
- Review contains personal data/information
- Review does not refer to the rated product
- Review is obviously false/untrue or misleading
- Review obviously does not come from a real person
All other reviews that do not fall under any of the mentioned exclusion criteria are usually published on Sim-Verse.com within a few days.
However, reviews are published on the website no later than 14 days after submission.
In what order are reviews displayed on our website?
Reviews containing photos or videos appear first at the top, followed by reviews submitted by verified buyers and verified reviewers. The remaining reviews are published below according to their review date, with reviews with the most stars appearing first and by review date, and reviews with the fewest stars appearing at the end, also in order of review date. The least relevant for the order of displayed reviews is whether a review has been rated as helpful or not helpful by visitors to the website by clicking the "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" button next to a review. Helpful reviews are then displayed higher up in the order of reviews than unhelpful reviews.
